Hello all!

Today, saturday May 19th 2007 I was asked to host a chocolate tasting for a bridal shower. The guests were introduced to chocolate by learning about it's origin and the different types of chocolate. After the introduction to chocolate, each guest had the chance to choose from an array of goodies to dip into dark or white chocolate and then finish their handmade confection with a fun topping. It was a fun event for all!
