This past sunday, April 29 2007, I attended a benefit held at the Randolph Sklands Hotel for a local abuse center. The event called, "The art of chocolate" was a wonderful event where over 300 people came to support this charity.

I was honored to be a part of this charity event and wanted to say thank you to all of you that came out and said hello.

I put a picture of Rosalie Saferstein and me from the event. For those of you who read NJ Monthly Magazine, you know that Rosie is a lovely woman who is a food critic. It was such an honor to finally meet her.

Have a wonderful week everyone! One last word, a friend of mine has breast cancer. She is one of the strongest women I know. She lives each day to it's fullest. She has taught me to appreciate what I have and what is important. So, thank you LB....my thoughts are with you!
